The 24 ORE Group is a multimedia publishing organisation specialized in business, financial, professional and cultural information. Its most popular and best-selling newspaper is Il Sole 24 ORE, the business daily with the highest circulation in Europe, leader in business, financial and regulatory information. In addition to this, the Group has made its own presence felt in arts publishing, in the organisation of cultural exhibitions and events and in the management of prestigious photographic collections. Today 24 ORE Group is an authoritative point of reference for the world of finance and economics, with over 140 publications and 2,000 employees, over 470 of whom are journalists.
 
The Group has a continuous training system consisting in:
- Annual conferences
- Business school and specialization courses
- Training courses and meetings
- E-learning
- In house courses
 
The 24 ORE Group was looking for a full-service provider that would be able to organise their yearly meetings, training programmes and customer service initiatives.

OUR SOLUTION

Since 2002, AIM Group International has been working with the 24 ORE Group. What started with winning their bid for taking care of their full operations of “Business Unit 24”, we now are their full service provider with a staff of 20 people working only for the organising Secretariat of Il Sole 24 Ore, managing more than 1.500 yearly meetings. Since 2009, AIM has been in charge of the Secretariat and the management of the bookshop and the ticket office for cultural in-bound events organised by 24 ORE Cultura. Since 2010, AIM took up the customer service initiatives dedicated to Il Sole 24 ORE (Training Programs, and Annual Conference & Events), which collects the required information of the potential participants for the events, the recording of inscriptions, the statement of confirmation or cancellation initiatives and requested acts on behalf of Il Sole 24 ORE Formation.

Business School on average 1000 master courses per year
Events and Conferences      on average 100 events per year, 500-1000 participants
Periodical Meetings on average 150 meetings per year
