NOTICE OBLIGATION SET OUT IN THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE (Nr. 196/2003
- ITALIAN LAW)

Group S.p.A., headquartered in Milan, n. 129 Via Ripamonti,
as data controller and/or processor, informs you that any personal
data you provide, or any data received by third parties - such
as agencies, pharmaceutical companies or scientific societies
- will be used in connection to your participation to the Congress
and/or to provide you with information regarding any other compatible
activities organised by AIM Group or by its associates. Data treatment
shall mean any operation, or set of operations, carried out with
or without the help of electronic or automated means, and must
guarantee the confidentiality and security of your personal data.
The submission of your personal data is optional but, failing
that, your participation to the meeting/educational course will
be precluded.
The holder of data treatment can avail himself of other companies
of the Group or trusted persons (hereafter called third parties)
who, as autonomous holders of the data treatment, carry out organisational
and technical activities (printing services, enveloping, transmission,
transport and sorting of communication to the customers, data
processing or IT advice.
The consent given also refers to the data treatment of third parties,
whose identities can be disclosed for free by the holder of the
personal data treatment.
With relation to these mentioned aims, the Company could process
one or more of the following personal data: name, address and
other personal identification information, VAT number, bank account
details and credit card number; job title and company.
In addition to third parties, the personal data could be also
communicated to scientific associations, publishing houses, banking
and financial brokers and other companies participating to the
meeting for promotional activities.
The people in charge of data treatment, could gain access to your
personal data to achieve their job tasks.
In particular, for the participants data treatment the company
will designate representatives among its employees and collaborators.
Moreover, other subjects could be chosen by the company as responsible
for the data treatment according to tasks given.
Your personal data are not subject to circulation.
The article 7 of the legislative decree 30th June 2003, no.196
of Italian Law grants you specific rights. In particular, you
can obtain:
a)
confirmation about the existence of your data, even if not registered
yet, and their intelligible communication;
b) information about the source of your personal data,
the aims, the conditions of the treatment, the logic applied in
case of use of electronic tools;
c) identification of the Holder, the Responsibles, and
all the subjects acquainted with the personal data since they
are in charge of the data processing:
d) cancellation, the change in anonymous form, the data
block in case of law transgression, the updating, the correction
or, when in your interest, the integration of the data.
For
legitimate reasons you have the right to object to your personal
data, even if relevant to aim of their collection.
You also have the right to object to your data treatment whenever
it is used for advertising or direct selling purposes as well as
for market research or commercial communication.
The instances ex art.7 of the legislative decree 30th June 2003,
no.196 of Italian Law and the requests about the identity of the
data treatment Responsible, eventually designated, can be forwarded
in written to:
