CLIENT CHALLENGE

Our partnership with MSD started in 1992, with very few small international meetings in Europe, under the auspices of prestigious European universities (Cambridge, Montpellier, Barcelona, Universidad Complutense de Madrid).

In 1996, the big change happened: MSD decided to invest more money in the meeting world and to organize different types of meetings (free standing symposia, delegates groups to major international congresses, speakers' forum, advisory boards). Also the number of the events in the continental Europe increased considerably, therefore they needed a long term partner.

OUR SOLUTION

In a short period of time, we increased the number of our Project Leaders, building a team of young professional people, highly motivated, curious, experienced and multilingual.

We dedicated big efforts to internal training and to the development of procedures and a shared methodology, and we became a strong and cohesive team, and a truly reliable partner for MSD: as a matter of fact, in the past 15 years we handled approximately 750 meetings with the participation of more than 100,000 physicians from all over the world. The excellence of the provided service is not the only reason of such a satisfactory long term  relationship; together with it, there is the seamless integration between our unit and MSD: we made ours the values and the commitments of our client, thus we take care of all details with passion and enthusiasm, anticipating problems and finding the best balance between quality and  costs.
