The professional society of Rheumatologists had a specific need… to develop an educational activity that would attract and engage their medical professionals.
AIM proposed and found an enthusiastic sponsor in Abbott and developed an innovative format with interactive workshops. These Clinical Games were set up so that the participants were divided in groups, like a competition, and used iPads to display images and to resolve clinical cases. These intensive courses were characterised by an high scientific content level due to the involvement of our Faculty of top opinion leaders in Rheumatology. All the participants - 180 rheumatologists - were absolutely delighted and very much appreciated the interaction with the speakers and the format of the courses.
