Participants who wish to reserve rooms are requested to process their online reservation or download the reservation form.

Make sure to have your reservation done by 22nd October 2010. After this date, rooms will not be guaranteed. A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation.
Rooms at the various hotels will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis.
AIM Group - AIM Dmc reserves the right to book another hotel, should the requested accommodation be fully booked.
Guarantee/payment of hotel reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card. A reservation fee of € 20,00 (20% VAT included) will be charged on the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking.
AIM Group – AIM Dmc will issue an invoice for the charged reservation fee.
The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation and it will be charged only in case of no-show or cancellation as explained here below but no further cost will be charged on it.
The payment of the total foreseen will be requested by the hotel upon check-out. The hotel will issue an invoice directly upon payment.
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservations will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Group – AIM Dmc (by regular e-mail or fax).
AIM Group – AIM Dmc reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:
- Before 24th September, 2010 - only a reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be charged
- Before 22nd October, 2010 - one night accommodation will be charged
- From 23rd October 2010 and in case of No Show - 100% of the forseen total amount will be charged
