• Individual Registration Fee (before 31st October 2008):
€ 350,00 (+ Spanish V.A.T. 16%)
• Late Registration Fee (after 31st October 2008):
€ 400,00 (+ Spanish V.A.T. 16%)
• On-site Regestration Fee:
€ 450,00 (+ Spanish V.A.T. 16%)
Registration fee includes
• Attendance to all Scientific Sessions
• Opening Ceremony
• Welcome Cocktail
• Lunches and Refreshments during breaks
• Congress kit (delegate bag with name badge and final programme)
• Entrance to the Exhibition.
Confirmation of Registration
A receipted invoice which will serve as confirmation of registration, will be sent to
all delegates upon reception of the relevant payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the
Organizing Secretariat Publi Créations (rti@publicreations.com).
If received by 05 December 2008, 70% of all fees will be refunded.
No refunds will be made after 12 December 2008.

• By Credit Card: all major credit cards are accepted. Please enter the credit card
number and expiration date in the appropriate space on the Registration Form.
• By Internet: an "online"
registration form with payment by credit card in a very secure certificate mode
