How to make a reservation
Companies wishing to reserve an allotment of rooms at the Hotel should contact the Local Organising Secretariat at Publi Créations in Monte-Carlo. Requests must be confirmed in writing by fax: +377 97 97 35 50 or by e-mail: rti@publicreations.com

Arrivals and departures
Please indicate arrival and departure dates on the registration form. Should booking dates not be indicated, arrival on Thursday, 05 February and departure on Saturday, 07 February 2009 will be assumed. The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservation will be automatically cancelled. Please note that hotel check-in time is 12.00 noon or later and check-out time is before noon. Please notify possible late arrival!

Cancellation policy
• Up to 28 November 2008, a reduction of 10% of the total number of nights is authorised without penalties. Apart from this quota, each additional room cancelled will be invoiced one night.

• Up to 05 January 2009, a reduction of 5% of the total number of nights is authorised without penalties.

• From 06 January 2009 onwards, any cancellation will be billed based on 100% of the total amount, per night cancelled.

Payments must be made in Euro by one of the following methods:

The payment transfer should be net of charges to our Company and it should clearly state “Fifth Forum on Respiratory Tract Infections”.
• By Bank Cheque: made out in Euro to PUBLI CREATIONS S.A.M. and sent by post, together with the Hotel Accommodation Form to PUBLIC CREATIONS, Partner of AIM: 74, Bd d’Italie MC 98000 Monte-Carlo (Monaco).
• By Credit Card: all major credit cards are accepted. Please enter the credit card number and expiration date in the appropriate space on the Hotel Accommodation Form.
