Participant's fee
The registration fee includes access to all
sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks, congress
kit and lunch on June 5th and June 6th.
Accompanying person's fee
The registration fee includes access to the
exhibition, coffee breaks and lunch on June
5th and 6th.
Payment
Payment should be made as follows:

Please note:
All transfer charges must be prepaid by the
transmitter. Personal cheques, company
cheques or Euro cheques will not be accepted.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
A receipt will be issued as written
confirmation of your registration by the
Organizing Secretariat.
Please note:
Deadline for pre-registration is May 28th,
2009.
After this date registrations or changes to
earlier registrations are still possible on-site
in Milan.
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent in
writing to AIM Group- AIM Congress.
Cancellations will be accepted until May 11th,
2009 with a refund of all prepaid fees except
for a 30% administration charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations
received after this date.
All approved refunds will be processed and
issued within 60 days after the congress.
HOTEL RESERVATION
