what is covered by the fee?
The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
> entry to all Scientific Sessions and Exhibition Area
> admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
> participation in one Luncheon Panel every day (from December 2 to 4, 2008) up to 150 people per luncheon panel.
> scientific material
> abstract book
badge
While attending the Congress, please wear your name badge at all times onsite. Admission to the Sessions is restricted to registered participants wearing their name badge. Lost badges are replaced against the payment of a handling fee of € 50,00 (VAT 20% included) and upon proof of original registration.

Accompanying persons are not entitled to attend sessions.

buffet lunches
€ 40,00 each (VAT included)
Lunches are served in the “Sala Belle Arti” of the Rome Cavalieri on December 2-3-4 to all participants duly registered to the Congress who have previously bought them.
Remaining coupons can be purchased at the Secretariat Desk (On-Site Registration Desk) every day, within 10.30 am.

REGISTRATION WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY THE TOTAL PAYMENT.
THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WILL BE SENT BY E-MAIL. PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS.

name changes
After November 3, 2008 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged a handling fee of € 150,00 (VAT 20% included) per name change.
A new registration form for each replaced participant will be required before the name change can be processed. Individuals may effect name changes only in exceptional cases. Written permission from the original participants is required in order to process an individual name change.
cancellation

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Operating Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until October 31, 2008, with a refund of all paid fees, except a 30% administrative charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

Cancellation on/before -------30% of the registration fee
October 31, 2008 -------------and lunches will be withheld

Cancellation after
October 31, 2008 -------------no refund

Notification of lunches cancellation must be sent in writing to the Operating Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until October 31, 2008, with a refund of all paid fees except a 30% administrative charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.

Please note
Deadline for pre-registration is November 15, 2008.
After this date new registrations or changes to previous registrations cannot be accepted. Participants will have to register on site.
From November 3, 2008 registrations will be possible only if paid by credit card.

group registration

The group Registration procedure is offered when the number of participants therein reaches the minimum of 20 individuals and when the official group registration form is used.

Group registration details will be soon available on the website services.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PICKING UP OF BADGES AND MATERIAL FOR YOUR DELEGATION ON DECEMBER 1st WILL BE POSSIBLE ONLY ON REQUEST.
