congress venue opening ceremony welcome reception opening hours of the registration desk	The scientific sessions are held at the Rome Cavalieri Via Cadlolo, 101 - 00135 Rome, Italy - Phone +39 0635091 The official Opening Ceremony of the Congress takes place on Tuesday, December 2 in Room A. Prof. Massimo Santini, Chairman of the Congress, and the Representatives of most of the National and International Scientific Societies, welcome the Participants. Magistral Lectures, given by Prof. E.U. Alt and Dr. A. Natale will follow. After the Opening Ceremony, all participants are invited to attend the Welcome Reception which takes place in the “Sala Belle Arti” of the Rome Cavalieri. The Welcome Reception is kindly offered by Violamed. During the reception food and drinks are served: an excellent opportunity for delegates to renew friendships and meet new colleagues. admission	Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge during all congress activities. The badge will admit to the scientific sessions and exhibition area.
travel desk	The AIM Travel Desk is at disposal of participants in the Congress Venue. language	The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
attendance certificates	Certificate of attendance is issued on request to all registered participants at the end of the Congress.
cloakroom	A cloakroom is at the disposal of all participants at their charge. Delegates are requested not to leave their personal belongings after the closing-time.
insurance	The congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss of or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or as a result of the congress. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
exhibition and sponsorship	A technical, pharmaceutical and publication exhibition will take place in the Meeting Venue throughout the scientific works. 	Smoking in the Congress area is not allowed.
