HOW TO MAKE AN INDIVIDUAL HOTEL RESERVATION
Please click here to make an on-line reservation.
Reservation should be done before March 15, 2008. After that date, rooms can not be guaranteed.
A voucher will be sent out as confirmation of your reservation.
Register first your personal details (name, contacts, …) in order to obtain a personal ID code and personal password.
Afterwards you will be able to book your room for the conference.
Your reservation is private and strictly personal so do not forget to keep your password in a safe place and never give it to anybody else. Every participant will have his own, unique password linked to his hotel reservation only.
HOW TO MAKE A GROUP RESERVATION
Specific booking procedures are foreseen to better support those institutions needing to book space for several people.
For group reservation please contact us directly by email in order to define suitable solutions based on your needs EAU2008accommodation@aimgroup.it.
GUARANTEE/PAYMENT OF HOTEL RESERVATION
Despite specific agreements, each single reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
Upon confirmation we will charge a reservation fee of Euro 20,00 only.
The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation but no further cost will be charged on it (except for cancellation - see cancellation policy). The payment of the total foreseen will be requested by the hotel upon check-out.
The hotel will issue an invoice directly upon payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Group.
Aim Group reserves the right to charge on the given credit card cancellation fees as follows:
- Cancellation before 24 February-2008 ----- Euro 20,00 administration fee
- Cancellation before 15 March 2008 --------- Euro 20,00 administration fee + 1 night accommodation
- Cancellation after 15 March-2008 ------------ Euro 20,00 administration fee + 100% of the foreseen reservation.
