Abstract Submission Instructions

Abstracts should be submitted electronically no later than October 2, 2007, click here to open the on-line submission.

• The presenting author of an accepted abstract must register and attend the congress
• Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the e-mail address stated under section "Personal details"
• Notification on acceptance of the abstracts will be e-mailed.
• The corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract
• Upon submission, indicate your preferred presentation form (oral or poster)
• Abstracts must be written in English
• The complete abstract must not exceed 2.500 characters including spaces (approx. 250 words)
• All abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear in the text, before being used as an abbreviation only
• Tables, charts or other graphics should not be included and may be deleted by the editors
• It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author, if accepted.

Please follow carefully the instructions reported in the online pages and fill in all the requested fields, in order to guarantee a correct and complete publication of the text.

Changes to abstracts can only be accepted until the deadline and can be added in the text using the User ID and Password received upon submission

• Should the author wish to withdraw the abstract after the deadline, he will have to inform the Organizing Secretariat by email or fax

Make sure to have your reservation done by OCTOBER 31, 2007. After that date, rooms can not be guaranteed. A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation.

You will be first requested to give your personal details (name, contacts, …) in order to obtain a personal ID and personal password.

Once you get your password you will be able to book your room for the conference.

Your reservation is private and strictly personal so do not forget to keep your password in a safe place and never give it to anybody else. Every participant will have his/her own password.

HOW TO MAKE A GROUP RESERVATION

Specific booking procedures are foreseen to better support those companies/institutions needing to book a group of peolpe.

For group reservation we kindly ask you to contact us at above address in order to define suitable solutions based on your needs.

GUARANTEE/PAYMENT OF HOTEL RESERVATION

Despite specific agreements, each single reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.

The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation but no further cost will be charged on it. The payment of the total nights booked will be requested by the hotel upon check-out.

The hotel will issue an invoice directly upon payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Congress.
AIM Congress reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

- within September 30, 2007 ------------ only the administration cost (€ 20,00) will be kept

- within October 30, 2007 -------------- one night accommodation will be charged
