How to make a Reservation
The hotel reservation form is available HERE. Please, read carefully instructions on the hotel reservation form. Make sure to have your reservation done by May 30, 2006. After that date, rooms will not be guaranteed. A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation. A handling fee of e 20,00 is required for each reservation.
Payment of one night deposit is mandatory. Please, fill out the hotel reservation form and return it to the Official Travel Agency MGR Travel, along with the deposit and reservation fee.
On line reservation is also available.

How to Pay
Payment will be accepted by cheque made out to MGR Travel or Bank Transfer or Credit Card American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard.

Please Note
Rooms at the various hotels will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis. Should single rooms not be available, double rooms for single occupancy will be assigned. MGR Travel reserves the right to book another hotel, should the requested hotel be fully booked.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by March 15, 2006 allow refund of the deposit only. Agency fee (€ 20,00) will be kept as processing expenses. No refund allowed for cancellation received after March 15, 2006. Refunds will be settled after the congress dates.
