| Confirmation of Registration
You will receive a written confirmation of your registration by the Organizing
Secretariat. WHAT IS COVERED BY THE FEE? Delegate’s Fee
The registration fee includes admission to the Opening Ceremony and the
Welcome Reception, public transport tickets valid for three days (June 13, 14
and 15), unlimited access to all scientific sessions, access to the exhibition, one
congress bag with complete meeting materials, lunch from June 13 through
June 15, 2006. Accompanying Person’s Fee
The registration fee includes admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome

PLEASE NOTE: Accompanying persons will not be admitted to the scientific
sessions, exhibition and catering area. Press Registration
A Press Representative will be registered free of charge for the meeting as PRESS
if he/she sends a completely filled registration form together with a copy of the
PRESS ID or similar document confirming his/her status of press representative.
Press registration includes a full set of congress materials and free entrance for
all Meeting activities including scientific sessions. PAYMENT
Payment should be made by one of the following methods:

The payment transfer form should clearly state the names(s) of the delegate(s)
and “Sixteenth European Meeting on Hypertension”.
Please enclose receipt of the bank transfer issued and copy of your registration
form duly filled it.
3. By Credit Card
All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master
Card, Diners). Please enter the credit card number and expiration date in
the appropriate space on the registration form. 4. By Internet
Is available an “on line” registration form with
payment by credit card in security certificate mode “Verisign” and “SSB”. Kindly note: from May 26, 2006 registrations will be accepted only if paid
by Credit Card. NAME CHANGES
After April 21, 2006 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged
of an handling fee of EURO 45,00 (VAT 16% included) per name change.
A new registration form for each replacement will be required before the name
change can be processed. Individuals may make name changes only in exceptional
cases. Written permission from the original participant will be required
in order to process an individual name change. Please Note
Deadline for pre-registration is May 10, 2006.
After this date new registrations or changes to earlier registrations cannot
be accepted. Participants will have to register on site in MADRID. CANCELLATION POLICY
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to AISC & MGR - AIM
Group. Cancellations will be accepted until April 29, 2006 with a refund of
all prepaid fees except for a 30% administration charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. CANCELLATION ON OR BEFORE APRIL 29, 2006
30% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE WITHELD CANCELLATION AFTER APRIL 29, 2006
NO REFUND
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress. |
