HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

- Download here the Hotel Reservation form

Make sure to have your reservation done by June 1, 2006. After that date, rooms will not be guaranteed. A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation. Payment of one night is mandatory. As an alternative, please print and fill in the Hotel Reservation Form and return it to the official Travel Agency MGR Travel - AIM Group, along with the deposit and reservation fee.

HOW TO PAY
Payment will be accepted by cheque made out to MGR Travel or Bank Transfer or credit card American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard Diners. On-line reservation is available.

PLEASE NOTE
Rooms at the various hotel will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis.
MGR Travel reserves the right to book another hotel, should the requested hotel be fully booked. The rates indicated in the list are valid at the moment of printing and subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received by May 1, 2006 allow refund of the deposit only. Agency fee ( € 20) will be kept as processing expenses. No refund allowed for cancellation received after May 1, 2006. Refunds will be settled 60 days after the Congress dates.
