ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Deadline for Hotel reservation: February 15th, 2006
After this date room reservation cannot be guaranteed, but the Organizing Secretariat will do their best to satisfy any request.
The rates refer to a B&B accommodation (VAT, city taxes and service included) per person and include 6 nights.
Check in: March 9th
Check out: March 15th
Any request of reduction or addition of nights should be communicated in advance, in the Registration Form.
Each participants will settle any incidentals with the Hotel directly at the check out.
If you wish to share the room with another student, please indicate it on the Registration Form.

Please complete and return to the Organizing Secretariat the relevant form.
Participants must guarantee accommodation by credit card.
PLEASE NOTE
Rooms at the various hotels will be assigned on first-come first-served basis. Should single rooms be unavailable, double rooms for single occupancy will be assigned.
MGR Travel reserves the right to book another hotel, should the requested accommodation be fully booked.
CANCELLATION
Alterations to your registration will only be accepted in writing, addressed to the Organizing Secretariat.
Cancellations received before February 15th, 2006: only 1st night deposit will be charged.
Regretfully, after February 15th cancellations will not be entitled to any refund.
All refunds will be made AFTER the course.
