The registration fee for delegates includes:

  • admission to the scientific sessions and the exhibition
  • programme and abstract book
  • daily tea/coffee and lunches
  • the opening ceremony and welcome reception
  • UEMS accreditation.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

  • opening ceremony and welcome reception
  • entrance to the exhibition.

Please note that the fee for accompanying persons does not include admission to the scientific sessions, or entitle them to any congress material.

How to get registered
Those who wish participate in the Conference are requested to:

Payment
Payment should be made by one of the following methods:

  • By Bank Transfer
    To AISC & MGR - AIM Group.
    Bank details: CREDEM, Milan Office, Via Andegari, 14 - ABI 3032 - CAB 01600 - C/C 010000055104 - CIN X - IBAN IT45.
    The payment transfer form should clearly state the name(s) of the delegate(s) and should clearly state the reference - ESPR 2005.
  • By Cheque
    The cheque should be made out in Euro to AISC & MGR - AIM Group and should be forwarded together with the registration form.
  • By Credit Card
    All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card). Please enter the credit card number and expiration date in the appropriate space on the registration form.
  • By Internet
    with payment by credit card in security certificate mode “Verisign” and “SSB” is available.

Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Registration for the events that are included in the registration fee must also be marked on the form, in order to obtain a ticket.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to AISC & MGR.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 30 July 2005, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a 30% administrative charge. For cancellations made after 30 July 2005, no refunds can be made.
ALL POSSIBLE REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE CONGRESS.

Changes
Alterations to your registration will only be accepted in writing.

Young investigators
Participants applying for student fees should include proof of their student status (a photocopy of the university identity card).

Invitation letter for VISA requirements
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the Congress, should contact the Organising Secretariat not later than 30 July 2005. The invitation letter will be issued once the registration form and payment has been received.
