Please note that participation in the Satellite Symposia of June 17, 19 (evening) and 21, 2005 is free of charge and not subject to the payment of the congress registration. On the other side, registration at one or more
satellite symposia does not entitle to participate in the Main Meeting for whom the payment in full of the registration fee is due.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE FEE?

Delegate’s Fee
The registration fee includes admission to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception, public transport tickets valid for three days (June 18, 19 and 20), unlimited access to all scientific sessions, access to the exhibition, a full set of congress material and lunch from Saturday, June 18 through Monday, June 20, 2005.

Accompanying Person’s Fee
The registration fee includes admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, public transport tickets valid for three days (June 18, 19 and 20, 2005).
PLEASE NOTE: Accompanying persons will not be admitted to the scientific sessions, exhibition and catering area.

Press Registration
A Press Representative will be registered free of charge for the meeting as PRESS if he/she sends a completely filled registration form together with a copy of the PRESS ID or similar document confirming his/her status of press representative.
Press registration includes a full set of congress materials and free entrance for all meeting activities including scientific sessions.

PAYMENT
Payment is possible by one of the following methods:

1. By Bank Cheque

2. By Credit Card
   All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card, Diners).
   Please enter the credit card number and expiration date in the appropriate space on the registration form.
   
3. By Internet
   Is available an “on line” registration form with payment by credit card in security certificate mode “Verisign” and “SSB”.

NAME CHANGES
Name changes on site are charged a handling fee of € 45,00 (VAT 20% included).
