The registration fee for delegates includes:

HOW TO REGISTER
Those who wish to participate in the Course are requested to:

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION
A confirmation letter and the invoice for the Course and Accommodation fee will be sent after the registration form and full payment have been received. Please bring this confirmation to the Registration Desk.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Alterations to your registration will only be accepted in writing, addressed to the Organizing Secretariat.
Reimbursement will be 50% of the amount paid for cancellations received in writing by the Organizing Secretariat before August 31st, 2005.
Regretfully, after that date cancellations will not be entitled to any refund.
All refunds will be made AFTER the course.

INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA REQUIREMENTS
Participants requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the congress are kindly invited to contact the Organizing Secretariat well in advance.
