Deadline for hotel reservation is May 15 th , 2004. After this date room reservation cannot be guaranteed.

A list of Hotels from various categories is provided. The indicated rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast, VAT and taxes and are valid at the moment of printing. They are subject to change.

Please note that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

How to Make a Reservation
To make a hotel reservation please complete and return to the official Travel Agent the Hotel Booking Form indicating a credit card as guarantee of the reservation.

Please Note
Rooms at the various hotels will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Should single rooms not be available, double rooms for single occupancy will be assigned. MGR Travel reserves the right to book another hotel, should the requested accommodation be fully booked.

Arrival and Departure
Should booking dates not be indicated on the registration form, we shall presume arrival on June 13 th and departure on June 16 th , 2004. The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the credit card will be charged for the 100% total foreseen.

Cancellations and Refunds
In case of cancellations or no-show the hotel will charge a cancellation fee on the communicated credit card according to the policy foreseen on the Hotel Booking Form.

The organization of the Conference is glad to offer its assistance in order to support the organization of the stay of delegates groups.
