Airports
Malpensa Airport (50 km) and Linate Airport (5 Km) are connected to San Raffaele Congress Centre by public transportation.

Subway
San Raffaele Congress Centre is connected to Milan by the green subway line. At the subway stop Cascina Gobba you will find the bus or the “People Mover” shuttle getting directly to San Raffaele Congress Centre.

Railway Station
Milan Central Railway Station is connected to San Raffaele Congress Centre by subway (green line).

Motorways
Milan is linked with all Europe by toll motorways. San Raffaele Congress Centre can be reached by all motorways, following the direction “Tangenziale Est” till “Cascina Gobba” exit.

The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
Sunday, June 13, 08.00 – 18.00 hours.
Tuesday, June 15, 08.30 – 18.00 hours.
Monday, June 14, 08.30 – 18.00 hours.
Wednesday, June, 16 08.30 – 18.00 hours.

Coffee Breaks and Lunches
During the Conference session breaks, refreshments and lunches will be served free of charge to participants wearing congress badges.

Language
The official language of the Conference is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

Attendance certificates
Attendance certificates will be delivered on request to all regularly registered participants at the end of the Conference.

Visa requirements
Participants requiring a visa for entry to Italy may request assistance to the Organizing Secretariat. The Conference Secretariat will send out an official letter of invitation upon request to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries. This invitation will not imply any obligation from the Organization to provide any kind of financial contribution. Requests should be made by fax at least two months prior to the Conference and should include the participant’s full mailing address, fax number and/or e-mail address.

Insurance
Conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property belonging to conference participants, either during or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

Exhibiting and Sponsoring
