HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

AISC & MGR S.r.l. has reserved an allotment of rooms in Milan in hotels of various categories at lower rates.
Hotel reservations can be made by completing and returning the Registration and Accommodation Form to the Organizing Secretariat by 1 May 2003. After this date the Secretariat will not guarantee the hotel reservation.
A first night deposit in the chosen category, plus € 16 for the reservation charges, are required.
The first night deposit will be deducted from the hotel bill at the check out, upon payment.
Rooms at the various hotels will be allotted on a "first come-first served" basis.
Should single rooms be not available, double rooms for single occupancy will be assigned.
Should the chosen hotel be fully booked, the Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to book another hotel in the same category.
A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of hotel reservation and payment.
Rooms will remain available to participants for the number of nights as covered by the deposit.
In the event of no-show, the hotel will not refund the deposit and the booking will be automatically cancelled, save for written communication by the person involved.
Rates include 1 night accommodation on bed and breakfast basis, taxes and Italian VAT.

Please indicate the name of card holder, number and expiry date on the Registration Form.

Cancellations must be notified in writing (letter, fax or e-mail).
Hotel deposit will be refunded as follows:
• Cancellation received before 15 May 2003: the deposit will be refunded less the booking fee of € 16 per room.
• We regret that no refunds will be made after 15 May 2003. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
